We rent out Ucetia all year round, unless we are there!!
The rate is €685/wk all year round and that includes all your linens,heating, gas and electricity, unlimited wifi, unlimited telephone calls to fixed lines anywhere in the world and TV with over 100 free channels. Other places often quote a lower rate but then, by the time you add up all the extras for heating and linen and internet - it is much more expensive. For us, the only other charges you need to be aware of are:
Security Bond / Deposit: €200 (cash) - this is fully refundable according to terms
Cleaning: €30 (cash) payable to Monica, my friend who will meet you on arrival.
Private Garage: €40 per week for garage - this is optional and only if requested
You can arrive and depart any day of the week! (But Tuesdays or Fridays work really well for the markets)
Payment methods include Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card via Paypal (surcharge about 2.5% to 3.75% depending on your country). Payment can be made in Australian dollars or Euros, to France or to Australia. Full payment is required if arrival is within 4 weeks. Otherwise you pay a 50% deposit to confirm booking and then the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
